This product is a newly developed polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomer based on JZ-108.
(2) Product Application
This product is mainly used for the production of polycarboxylate high-performance concrete superplasticizers.
(3) Product Features
This product is easily soluble in water and has good dispersing effects on many powdered materials such as cement. The superplasticizer can reduce the amount of cement used. By adding 0.2%-0.5% of the cement mass as concrete superplasticizer, the water reduction rate can reach over 30%. This product is environmentally friendly, with a chloride ion content ≤0.1%, complying with the ISO14001 international environmental management standard.

This product primarily enhances the strength of mortar. It is defined as having water-reducing and strengthening effects without affecting the workability of concrete during construction. After adding the superplasticizer, an adsorption film forms on the surface of cement particles, affecting the hydration rate of cement, making the growth of cement stone crystals more complete, reducing capillary voids for water evaporation, and creating a denser network structure, thereby improving the hardness and structural density of cement mortar. It disperses cement particles, improves workability, reduces water consumption, and thus enhances the density and hardness of cement and other materials, increasing their fluidity. Without changing the proportions of various raw materials, using the superplasticizer synthesized from this product can significantly improve the fluidity and plasticity of concrete, allowing construction methods such as self-leveling, pumping, and vibration-free techniques, thereby increasing construction speed and reducing energy consumption.
(6) Product Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 25kg laminated plastic bags and should be stored in a cool, ventilated place.
