Fully Automatic Gas-Heated Planetary Stir-Frying Pot

The inner pot of this device adopts a hemispherical stainless steel pot body formed by one-time stamping from Yixing Beihai, with minimal overall roundness error. The stirring teeth are tightly compacted with the pot body, preventing material clumping, sticking to the pot, or coking. It utilizes electromagnetic heating, which features rapid temperature rise, no open flame, no smoke or dust, no harmful gases, and a neat appearance. It produces no thermal radiation to the surrounding environment, ensuring stable safety performance. It significantly improves the working environment and hygiene conditions and is 20%-30% more energy-efficient than conventional electric heating, making it more energy-saving. The stirring method employs a special tilting rotation, allowing the planetary stirrer to fully contact the pot body and achieve a non-integer rotation ratio between rotation and self-rotation, eliminating dead zones in the pot. The rotation and sealing structure makes the pot easy to clean, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Equipped with variable frequency speed control, the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily from zero to high speed, facilitating precise temperature control and stable operation. The hydraulic discharging method separates the stirring from the pot body before hydraulic tilting discharge, reducing labor intensity.
The device supports four heating methods: steam heating, gas heating, electric thermal oil heating, and electromagnetic heating.
