Uses: Ethanol is an important organic solvent, widely used in pharmaceuticals, coatings, hygiene products, cosmetics, oils, and other areas, accounting for about 50% of total ethanol consumption. Ethanol is a key basic chemical raw material used in the production of acetaldehyde, ethylene, ethylamine, ethyl acetate, acetic acid, chloroethane, etc., and derives many intermediates for products such as pharmaceuticals, dyes, coatings, fragrances, synthetic rubber, detergents, and pesticides, with over 300 derivative products.
