Zinc sulfate heptahydrate is used as a zinc supplement in feed processing and can also serve as a raw material for the production of organic chelated zinc and organic zinc fertilizers.

Applications:

Mordant, wood preservative, bleaching agent in the paper industry, pharmaceuticals, artificial fibers, electrolysis, electroplating, pesticides, production of zinc salts.

Conventional zinc sulfate heptahydrate is industrially used as a primary raw material for manufacturing lithopone and zinc salts. It also functions as a mordant in dyeing, a preservative for wood and leather, and an important auxiliary material in the production of viscose fiber and vinylon fiber. Additionally, it is applied in electroplating and electrolysis industries and can be used in cable manufacturing. In pharmaceuticals: used as an emetic. In agriculture: used to prevent diseases in fruit tree nurseries and is a common fertilizer for supplementing zinc micronutrients in crops. It can be used as base fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, etc.
