Moisture-proof Sealed Door and Warehouse Protective Door GJB2805B-2021 Technical Requirements for Anti-Theft of Ordnance Warehouses
Other Products
I. Standard Overview
Release and Implementation
The standard was released by the General Armament Department on July 6, 2021, and officially implemented on September 1, 2021, replacing the old version GJB2805A-2002.
Core Objective: To enhance comprehensive safety protection capabilities such as fire prevention, explosion resistance, and moisture resistance by standardizing the construction and technical management of anti-theft facilities in ordnance warehouses, ensuring the safety of weapons and equipment.
Scope of Application
Applicable to warehouses storing ordnance equipment, including supply bases, campaign warehouses, and unit-affiliated warehouses, covering the entire process of facility design, manufacturing, installation, and management.
II. Core Technical Requirements
1. Materials and Structural Design
Material Selection: High-strength alloys or steel materials compliant with national defense standards must be used, with the main steel plate thickness ≥4mm, possessing pressure resistance, wear resistance, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Structural Design:
The door body must feature a sealed design (e.g., rubber sealing strips) to ensure no light, air, or water leakage, preventing the intrusion of harmful gases or flames.
Hinges must number ≥2, with an opening angle of 180°, and the locking mechanism must be operable only from the inside to enhance security.
2. Anti-Theft and Safety Performance
Anti-Destruction Capability:
Anti-theft levels are classified as Level 1 (resistance to ordinary tools ≥40 minutes, resistance to power tools ≥25 minutes), requiring certification testing by the Ministry of Public Security.
Door frames and door leaves must adopt a mortise-and-tenon + welding dual connection, with weld strength ≥80% of the base material; an X-shaped reinforcement (10mm thick steel plate) is added inside the door leaf, improving impact resistance by 20%.
Lock Requirements:
Mechanical combination locks or electronic locks must comply with the GA374-2019 standard, with combination possibilities ≥7×7×6 sets and a working life ≥60,000 cycles; lock bolts must number ≥4 and be irremovable from the outside.
Some scenarios require a dual-person dual-lock system (e.g., GA/T73-2015 Grade C locks), with anti-technical opening time ≥270 minutes.
3. Additional Functions and Testing
Intelligent Monitoring: Some door bodies integrate alarm systems to achieve multiple layers of protection.
Testing and Maintenance:
Before use, doors must pass tests for explosion resistance, anti-theft performance, and airtightness.
Regular inspections of door bodies, locks, sealing strips, and other components are required to ensure long-term reliability.
III. Differences from the Old Version Standard
New Requirements: Added anti-theft measures for "small restricted areas," mandatory locks for every door, and strengthened key management and warehouse alarm device specifications.
Integrated Content: Technical details originally in the appendices have been incorporated into the main text to enhance the standard's practicality and rigor.
IV. Typical Application Scenarios
Facility Types: Include explosion-proof doors, blast-resistant doors, moisture-proof sealed doors, and equipment room protective doors, which must simultaneously meet explosion resistance, fire resistance, moisture resistance, and anti-theft requirements.
Applicable Scenarios:
Warehouses storing flammable and explosive weapons or precision equipment.
Hazardous chemical warehouses, ship cabins, and other locations requiring waterproofing and explosion resistance.
