GN2330,Performance: Exceeds standard nylon in several key aspects, with advantages including: providing the same strength and toughness in both dry and wet conditions, maintaining effective strength and toughness at higher temperatures compared to standard nylon. Easy processing----good fluidity, thermal stability, and low mold corrosiveness; a high-performance nylon with high thermal stability and high lubricity, low water absorption (1%, while other common high-temperature nylons are 2.6% or higher), low warpage, chemical resistance, and high dimensional stability, achieving a 94V-0 rating at 0.75mm thickness. PA9T's high glass transition temperature (125°C) and high crystallinity allow it to maintain good toughness at high temperatures, outperforming PA66 and PA46. Its wear resistance and low friction coefficient are significantly better than other nylons, even surpassing POM and LCP. Another excellent property of PA9T is its resistance to chemicals, oils, alcohols, acids, calcium dichloride, hot water, and other fluids, surpassing almost all PAs, only slightly inferior to PPS. Its barrier resistance to fuel is ten times that of PA6 and PA12, approaching the level of ETFE (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer). These excellent properties make PA9T highly suitable for automotive engine cover products. PA9T is available in unfilled, glass-filled (33%, 45%, 50%), and flame-retardant grades, showing great potential for applications in automotive engine covers, electrical, and other markets.

PA9T Performance Supply:
