Features of Anti-Interference Square Tube Dual-Probe Needle Detector:

■ The entire machine adopts an all-steel frame design with sealed edges for dust prevention. Key components use imported parts and devices to ensure product performance.

■ It possesses all the functional characteristics of a conventional needle detector. Equipped with four sets of sensors each at the top, bottom, front, and rear (arranged in a figure-eight pattern), it transforms the original magnetic field sensing from a straight-line ("一") to a figure-eight ("八") pattern. Based on the principle of intersecting positive and negative magnetic poles, it avoids the impact of uneven magnetic field distribution and varying detection heights within the detection area, thereby improving detection sensitivity and machine stability, and strictly ensuring product quality.

■ Super anti-interference computer chip integrated circuit, dual-channel 64 sets of sufficient sensors at the top, bottom, front, and rear;

■ All function keys are lightweight touch-sensitive membrane switches, avoiding the drawback of mechanical buttons being prone to damage;

■ Features position display function, with eight-point positioning to indicate the exact location of broken needles;

■ Can be equipped with an optional printer;

■ Has counting function, distinguishing between passed good products and defective products (qualified, total, detected);

■ Alarm functions include sound, light, and machine stoppage. Sensitivity adjustable from levels 1 to 10;
