LLS-312 Rodent-Proof Microcapsule

The LLS-312 anti-rodent microcapsule product developed by our company is an environmentally friendly high-tech product that is non-toxic. It utilizes microencapsulation technology, with capsaicin (alkaloid) as the core and melamine resin as the wall material, forming microcapsules through interfacial synthesis. This effectively eliminates the pungent odor during production and significantly improves working conditions. It is primarily used in anti-rodent masterbatches and coatings for various wires and cables, communication optical cables, computer wiring, rubber hose packaging, and building materials. The recommended addition amount is 1.6–3.0%.

Usage Method:

Components: 1. Cable Material: PE resin 100 parts, LLS-312 2.0–2.5 parts, antioxidant as needed. Mix the above components thoroughly until uniform.

2. Masterbatch: EVA 45 parts, PE wax 4 parts, LLS-312 50 parts, antioxidant as needed. Mix the above components thoroughly and pelletize into masterbatch.

Storage:

The product should be stored sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
