Xuzhou Weisi Water Technology Co., Ltd. is a privately-owned high-tech enterprise with independent intellectual property rights, specializing in the development and production of meteorological, hydrological, and water conservancy digital measurement sensors and related automated measuring instruments, which are applied in automated systems for water conservancy, hydrology, and meteorological observation. Since its establishment, the institute has consistently adhered to the principle of integrating technology, economy, and market needs. While continuously innovating technology and enhancing product technical content, it focuses on reducing product costs to meet market demands. The institute currently employs 20 senior engineers and 30 senior technicians, with mid-to-senior level engineering and technical personnel accounting for over 40% of the total staff. Key technical personnel have nearly three decades of experience in designing and manufacturing digital sensors and digital measuring instruments in this field. In recent years, the institute has developed products such as new photoelectric encoders, flash flood warning system equipment, manual rain gauges, new tipping bucket rain gauges, rainfall audible and visual alarms , mechanical self-retracting water level gauges, mechanical water level gauges, integrated rainfall stations, telemetry water level stations,  digital rain gauges, fully automatic evaporation stations, gate position meters, flow meters, and gate control cabinets. These products have obtained six patents, with many filling domestic gaps and some reaching international advanced levels. Digital sensors for water level, gate position, rainfall, and evaporation have obtained national industrial product production licenses, and the products are widely used across the country. The digital rainfall sensors, digital water surface evaporation sensors, and digital rainfall evaporation automatic stations developed by our institute represent the development direction of digital sensors in China's hydrometeorological field. They not only feature high resolution, high precision, and long-term stability but also operate reliably in windy, wavy, and severe dusty climates. They can be equipped in various types of manual and automated monitoring stations and are essential instruments for the automation of China's hydrometeorological undertakings.
