The F156 Standard Response Sprinkler uses a 5mm glass bulb, featuring a robust structure and an aesthetically pleasing design, suitable for exposed and recessed installations.
The glass bulb contains a heat-sensitive liquid. At normal temperatures, the liquid and gas phases coexist inside the glass bulb, with the gas phase appearing as bubbles. As the temperature rises, the liquid expands, the bubbles shrink, and the pressure increases. With continued temperature rise, the escalating pressure causes the glass bulb to rupture, opening the waterway and distributing water through the deflector.
