IV. Tension Measurement Operation

1.Press "ON/OFF" to enter the tension measurement state for the previously used cable number, allowing direct measurement of steel cables with the same number.

2.Long press "+" to enter the cable number selection program. Choose the cable number to be calibrated and press the "Zero/Confirm" key to confirm.

3.Insert the steel cable into the wheel groove and press the "Zero/Confirm" key to zero.

4.Tighten the handwheel until the steel cable touches the limit stop, then the steel cable tension will be displayed.

5.Automatic shutdown after 30 minutes of inactivity.

6.After measurement, press the "ON/OFF" key to turn off the power.

7.Current product series: SL-10T, SL-20T, SL-30T, three models.

8.Tension measurement range: 10KN–300KN.

9.Test rope diameter: SL-10T: 10mm–22mm, SL-20T: 16mm–28mm, SL-30T: 22mm–34mm.
