Product Introduction

Alloy germanium has long been a popular health product in Japan, known for its negative ion emission, far-infrared radiation, and blood circulation promotion effects. It has been widely used in the market to create health and aesthetically pleasing products such as bracelets and necklaces. Our company's alloy germanium also possesses these functions. Through high-temperature surface modification, our alloy germanium exhibits strong adsorption capabilities, effectively eliminating odors and moisture, thereby enhancing the comfort of alloy germanium yarn.

Anti-static Function

Semiconductor alloy germanium can rapidly conduct surface electrons. Directly applying alloy germanium to textile fibers allows the fabric to have anti-static properties.

Far-infrared Radiation

Yarn made from alloy germanium crystals can release efficient far-infrared rays, which provide warmth, health benefits, promote blood circulation, and enhance metabolism.

Negative Ions

Alloy germanium crystals (GAC) are piezoelectric materials. When subjected to external forces such as friction, heat,波动, or light, they automatically release negative ions. Negative ions act as natural antioxidants by neutralizing positive charges like H⁺ and H₂O₂, preventing oxidation.

Deodorizing Function

First, germanium stones are ground into micron-sized powder (approximately ~5μm) and then sintered at high temperatures of 1500°C to ash other impurities within the stones. Impurities other than germanium have lower melting points than germanium. After sintering, countless pores appear on the germanium powder surface. The powder is then ground a second time to nano-size, increasing the pore area and enhancing its adsorption capacity.
