1 Overview
The ISA-381GCA-G is an integrated protection, measurement, and control device for station service/grounding transformers, providing protection,
measurement and control, and operational functions for station service/grounding transformers below 110kV.
1.1 Basic Configuration
Protection Functions
1. Instantaneous overcurrent protection
2. Two-stage overcurrent protection
3. Two-stage zero-sequence overcurrent protection and zero-sequence overcurrent alarm
4. Low-voltage side zero-sequence overcurrent protection
5. Overload alarm
6. Two non-electrical quantity protections
7. Blocking of simplified busbar protection
8. Auxiliary alarm logic such as PT disconnection alarm, control circuit disconnection alarm, spring not charged alarm, CT disconnection alarm, TWJ abnormal alarm, etc.
Measurement and Control Functions
1. Complete operating circuit and switch position acquisition
2. Supports functional inputs including non-electrical quantity 1, non-electrical quantity 2, spring not charged input, protection remote operation enable/disable,
measurement and control remote operation enable/disable, unlock blocking input, maintenance status enable/disable, signal reset, etc.
3. Supports up to 17 remote signaling inputs
4. Multiple soft remote signals, including general fault signal, etc.
5. Seven dual-point positions including circuit breaker position and dual-point remote signals 1~6 positions, with fixed acquisition channels for normally open and normally closed contacts of dual-point positions
6. Ten interlock remote signals 01~10 for five-prevention interlock dual-point positions
7. Twenty-one telemetry quantities including Ua, Ub, Uc, Ia, Ib, Ic, 3I0, Uab, Ubc, Uca, Pa, Pb, Pc, Qa, Qb, Qc, P, Q,

8. Six five-prevention interlock telemetry quantities: LS01, LS02, LS03, LS04, LS05, LS06
