1. Purpose
The YZ810D Switch Status Indicator is a new type of multifunctional analog dynamic display device suitable for various high and low voltage switchgear. It features a compact structure, intuitive display, sensitive and reliable response, and can replace multiple components traditionally installed on switchgear, such as primary circuit analog indicators, electromagnetic switch status indicators, and grounding indicators. This reduces the number of components and simplifies the switchgear structure. The product series offers stable performance, easy installation, long service life, excellent environmental tolerance, and electromagnetic compatibility, ensuring long-term safe and reliable operation.
2. Overview
The YZ810D Switch Status Indicator integrates functions such as primary circuit analog diagram display, circuit breaker status, carriage position (or isolation knife status), grounding knife status, and spring energy storage status display. The indicator also employs unique control technology to collect the working status of various components in the switchgear. It boasts excellent environmental tolerance and electromagnetic interference resistance. Meticulous design, full industrial-grade components, "three-proof" treatment of circuit components, and strict whole-machine power aging and factory testing ensure high reliability. Additionally, the YZ810D Switch Status Indicator is designed to fully coordinate with the primary system and equipment: it uses a switching power supply with a wide input voltage range to power the entire unit.

4. Working Principle
The working principle block diagram of the YZ810D Switch Status Indicator is shown in Figure 1. The unit consists of circuit control status acquisition, switch status display, and switching power supply modules. The input signals for the switch status display circuit are taken from the auxiliary contacts of primary components in the switchgear. After optoelectronic isolation, the control circuit collects the signals and drives the digital tube to indicate the open/close status of the switch. The YZ810D Switch Status Indicator achieves the function of collecting the working status of various components in the switchgear.
