1. Overview
The YZ821 Switchgear Intelligent Control Device is a new multifunctional intelligent device with dynamic simulation indication developed by our company for power switchgear. It is suitable for various types of switchgear, including withdrawable switchgear, handcart switchgear, fixed switchgear, and ring main unit. The device features a dynamic primary simulation diagram, live display and interlock, intelligent temperature and humidity control, circuit breaker open/close status indication, energy storage indication, grounding switch status indication, handcart position indication, open/close circuit integrity indication, remote/local operation, remote communication, and cabinet lighting functions. It adopts a panel-mounted installation method, and users only need to provide a primary schematic diagram when selecting the device.
2. Main Functions
This device can achieve primary circuit equipment switch status indication, intelligent temperature and humidity control, and circuit breaker operation functions according to user requirements.
With its integrated layout, the device is equipped for switchgear, greatly simplifying the panel structure design of traditional switchgear, beautifying the panel layout, and replacing various control and indication components such as existing primary circuit simulation indicators, electromagnetic switch status indicators, grounding indicators, energy storage switches, and circuit breaker open/close switches.
The device is easy to install and has a long service life, fully meeting the needs of the power industry and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment.

3.6 Electromagnetic Interference Immunity: Complies with the requirements of GB/T14598.13, GB/T14598.14, GB/T14598.9, and GB/T14598.10.
3.7 Dynamic Simulation of Primary Wiring Diagram
Simulation diagram (mask) production: The mask is designed based on the user's actual primary wiring scheme and voltage level (35kV in lemon yellow, 10kV in crimson, 6kV in dark blue).
Dynamic simulation objects: Circuit breaker, handcart position, grounding switch, energy storage, etc. Through circuit sampling, the primary wiring diagram of the mask dynamically changes according to actual information, achieving the purpose of dynamic simulation.
The simulation diagram displays the following contents:
1) Open circuit (or loop) display;
2) Close circuit (or loop) display;
3) Pre-open/pre-close flashing indication;
4) Grounding display;
5) Energy storage display;
6) Working position display;
7) Test position display;
8) Dynamic display during handcart movement;
9) Anti-misoperation flashing prompt for circuit breaker and grounding switch.
3.8 Voice Anti-Misoperation Prompt
1) When the circuit breaker is closed and the handcart is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt says, "Please open the circuit breaker."
2) When the grounding switch is closed and the handcart is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt says, "Please open the grounding switch."
3) When both the circuit breaker and grounding switch are closed and the handcart is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt says, "Please open the circuit breaker and grounding switch."
3.9 Operation Functions (Three control switches can be selected based on user needs)
1) Open/close operation;
2) Energy storage operation;
3) Remote/local operation;
4) Cabinet lighting operation
3.10 Live Display Function
1) LED ignition voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.15
2) Interlock activation voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.40
3) When all three phases are de-energized simultaneously, the interlock release light turns on, activating the electromagnetic lock.
Note: Forced interlock control power supply: AC or DC 220V, ensuring reliable operation of the interlock part; if the control power is lost during operation, the interlock contacts will not malfunction, and the locked equipment remains reliably locked.
3.11 Cabinet Temperature and Humidity Control Function
1) Can support two groups of temperature and humidity sensors, each group includes one temperature sensor and one humidity sensor;
2) Can support two passive loads, with a capacity of AC220V/5A;
3) Features a passive output contact for overtemperature alarm, with a capacity of AC220V/3A;
4) Can display the temperature and humidity values inside the cabinet;
5) Users can set the upper and lower limits for heating/dehumidification output as needed;
