1. Device Overview
The WGB-870 series microcomputer protection and control device is a new type of integrated microcomputer protection device developed by XJ Electric, leveraging decades of successful experience in the manufacturing of secondary equipment for power systems. Designed specifically for power distribution systems, it offers cost-effective integration of protection, measurement, control, and communication functions. It is suitable for protecting lines, bus ties (sections), capacitors, generators, station transformers, and other equipment at various voltage levels of 10KV and below in different industries.

A. Utilizes a 32-bit high-performance embedded microcomputer processor with large-capacity RAM and Flash Memory; employs an SOC solution for strong data processing, logical operation, and information storage capabilities, high operational speed, and reliability;

B. Integrated fully enclosed metal chassis design with strong dustproof, anti-corrosion, and contamination resistance capabilities;

C. Platform-based overall core design for relatively convenient maintenance, significantly reducing the downtime of protected objects;

D. Flexible support for AC and DC power supply for the device and operational power {AC220/DC220/110V};

E. Ethernet and RS485 communication modes, supporting various networking needs of users;

F. Powerful message storage function, capable of recording up to 100 recent protection action reports, 100 various event reports, and 20 fault waveforms;

G. IEC-60870-5-103 and Modbus communication protocols, facilitating device integration into DCS systems and automation systems from other manufacturers;

H. Comprehensive hardware self-check function, accurately locating hardware faults and providing alarm information;
