Standard Configuration
Features multiple protection functions including short circuit, locked rotor, inverse time over-load, ground fault, phase loss/imbalance, TE time, etc. Monitors three-phase current, zero-sequence current, and three-phase current imbalance to achieve motor protection.
Relay protection output adopts trip protection mode, fully replacing conventional thermal relays, connected to the secondary control circuit via the normally closed contact of an intermediate relay.
Wide-range universal AC/DC power supply: AC/DC 85~265V.
Equipped with RS-485 communication interface (optically isolated), Modbus RTU communication protocol.
3 channels of optically isolated digital inputs for external status acquisition.
3 channels of relay protection control outputs for protection tripping and fault alarm functions.
Records three-phase current measurements and protection events, accessible in real-time via communication interface. Protection parameters can be set via display unit and communication software.
Optional Configurations
Extended display unit: Real-time display of measured electrical quantities, on-site setting of protection parameters. Digital LCD display unit / Three-button Chinese LCD display unit.
1 channel of programmable DC 4~20mA analog output.
External zero-sequence/leakage current transformer input for measuring zero-sequence/leakage current.
Two current input methods, flexibly selectable based on user needs:
1. Dedicated small CT input (MT optional):
Below 15A (MT25), 15A-60 (MT100),
30A-90 (MT150), 60A-150 (MT250).
2. Standard CT for currents above 150A
