The WGB-631A Microcomputer-Based Plant Transformer Protection and Control Device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is primarily suitable for the protection of plant transformers, station service transformers, or grounding transformers in small current grounding systems or small resistance grounding systems with voltage levels of 10kV and below. It can be directly installed on high-voltage switchgear or mounted in panels.
1.2 Main Features
1. The device supports both AC and DC input power, offering strong on-site adaptability:
The auxiliary power supply of the device is compatible with both AC and DC, with a maximum input voltage of 500V, making it suitable for various complex power supply environments;
The device's operating circuit power supply is compatible with both AC and DC systems;
The device's switch input circuit power supply is compatible with both AC and DC systems.
2. The device has a wide current input range, supporting both 5A and 1A, making it convenient for user selection and use.
3. The device features powerful communication capabilities, with a standard configuration of two Ethernet ports and two RS485 communication interfaces, facilitating various networking methods. It supports multiple communication protocols such as IEC61850, IEC-103, and MODBUS-RTU, offering flexible communication and easy integration with various microcomputer monitoring or protection management systems.
4. The device has robust time synchronization functionality, supporting multiple synchronization methods including network time synchronization, PPS, PPM, or B code.
5. The device utilizes dual 32-bit high-performance embedded microprocessors and large-capacity RAM and Flash Memory. Using an SoC solution, it offers strong data processing, logical operation, and information storage capabilities, with high-speed operation and reliability.
6. The device employs a 16-bit high-precision A/D converter for data acquisition, with 64 sampling points per cycle, ensuring high protection measurement accuracy.
7. The device adopts a rear plug-in design with separation of high and low voltage circuits. The reinforced unit chassis is designed to withstand strong vibrations and interference, allowing for decentralized installation on switchgear.
8. It can store up to four groups of 400 recent event reports and operation reports, as well as waveform recording data for the last five faults.
9. It features a graphical LCD display with Chinese language support and menu-based operation.
10. The device runs on a real-time multi-tasking operating system with modular programming, ensuring excellent real-time performance and high reliability.
11. It includes eight sets of protection settings, with safe and convenient setting zone switching.
