Application Scope
The WGB-621A Microcomputer Charging Protection Measurement and Control Device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is mainly used for the protection of sectionalizing (bus-tie) switches at voltage levels of 35kV and below, achieving protection, measurement, and control functions for sectionalizing (bus-tie) switches.
Device Hardware
1. Rear pluggable design with separation of strong and weak currents; reinforced unit chassis designed to resist strong vibration and interference, capable of decentralized installation and operation on switchgear.
2. Dual 32-bit high-performance embedded microprocessors with large-capacity RAM and Flash Memory; utilizing SoC solutions for strong data processing, logical operation, and information storage capabilities, high operational speed, and reliability.
3. 16-bit high-precision A/D for data acquisition, with 64 points per cycle, ensuring high protection measurement accuracy. Capable of storing no less than 400 recent event reports and operational reports. Features a graphical LCD with Chinese display and menu-based operation.
Main Features
1. Full series of devices support both AC and DC input power, with strong field applicability:
The device's auxiliary power supply is compatible with both AC and DC, with a maximum input voltage of 500V, suitable for various complex power supply environments;
The device's operating circuit power supply is compatible with both AC and DC, applicable to both AC and DC power supply systems;
The device's switch input circuit power supply is compatible with both AC and DC, applicable to both AC and DC power supply systems.
2. The device has a wide current input range, supporting both 5A and 1A, making it convenient for user selection and use.
3. The device has powerful communication capabilities, with standard configuration including two Ethernet ports and two RS485 communication interfaces, facilitating various networking methods. The device supports multiple communication protocols such as IEC61850, IEC-103, and MODBUS-RTU, offering flexible communication and easy integration with various microcomputer monitoring or protection management systems.
1. The device has robust time synchronization functionality, supporting multiple synchronization methods such as network time synchronization, PPS, PPM, or B code.
