The ISA-358G automatic transfer switching device is used to implement the automatic transfer switching function for backup power in substations with voltage levels of 110kV and below, and different wiring configurations.

ISA-358G Device Models and Functions

ISA-358GA
Suitable for configurations where two bus sections serve as mutual backups, two incoming lines serve as mutual backups, or two transformers serve as mutual backups. It provides load sharing and protection functions for sectionalizing switches. Most substations adopt one of these three automatic transfer switching modes.
ISA-358GC is suitable for configurations where two bus sections serve as mutual backups, providing load sharing functionality, as well as protection, measurement and control, and operation capabilities for sectionalizing switches.
