New Generation Softener for Cotton Dyeing

         The special oil agent for cotton (fiber) dyeing and spinning produced by our company is developed to address the issues that arise after cotton (fiber) dyeing, such as the destruction of wax and lipid substances on the fiber surface, which leads to hardened hand feel and easily causes problems like increased neps and breakage during spinning. After using this oil agent, the hand feel of dyed cotton fibers is significantly improved, anti-static performance is enhanced, and the spinning speed of colored cotton can be greatly increased (especially noticeable for white cotton). It can improve quality and output, reduce losses, and avoid phenomena such as equipment corrosion. This oil agent can be recycled and reused after centrifugation.
