Application and Characteristics:
      This oil is suitable for acrylic fibers. It provides appropriate cohesion, excellent smoothness, antistatic properties, low stickiness, and thermal stability. When used on acrylic filament tows during multi-zone break-stretching direct tow-to-top conversion, it ensures good processability. The resulting top is smooth, soft, elastic, and has minimal fiber sound. The fiber performs well in wool spinning mills with good processability, fewer neps and slubs. The oil is non-toxic, odorless, and forms a stable emulsion.
Usage Method:
       Slowly pour the measured, melted oil into measured hot water at60-70°C, and stir for1-2hours. The recommended emulsion concentration is2%, with a fiber oil content of0.25-0.35%.

Performance:
       Suitable for use in wet-spun wool-type acrylic fiber production. It provides excellent antistatic properties and appropriate smoothness, ensuring good spinnability. This oil is a unified oil for spinning and textile processes, easy to use, with stable fiber oil content, and is domestically leading.
Usage Method:
        Based on the original concentration, add the calculated amount of oil to the mixing tank, then add the calculated amount of deionized water while stirring, and mix for an additional30minutes before use.
