I. Turtle Mesh Welding Process
Welding Parameter Setting

Pretreatment Requirements

II. Wear-Resistant Coating Construction Process

Construction temperature must be strictly controlled between 5-40°C; in low-temperature environments, preheat the substrate to above 5°C.
When humidity exceeds 85%, suspend construction to prevent moisture absorption by the mortar, which may reduce strength.
Defect Repair Standards
Blister areas must be cut out to the substrate, and when reapplying, expand the repair area by more than 30%.
After cleaning collapsed areas, apply an interface agent to enhance bonding strength.
IV. Acceptance and Maintenance Specifications
Finished Product Testing Indicators
Compressive strength ≥161MPa (after 72 hours of curing).
Coating thickness allowance deviation ±1.5mm, using ultrasonic thickness gauge for full inspection.
Maintenance Cycle Optimization
Routine maintenance requires 48 hours; for vibrating equipment, extend to 72 hours.
Before operation, conduct a no-load cold vibration test (amplitude ≤0.5mm).
V. Safety Protection Key Points
Personal Protective Equipment
Mandatory wearing of dust masks (N95 grade), impact-resistant goggles, and anti-slip gloves.
For high-altitude work, use a double-hook safety harness with anchor point spacing ≤8m.
Waste Disposal
Solidified waste must be crushed to particle size <50mm before deep burial; open-air storage is prohibited.
