Erucamide is non-toxic, insoluble in water, and soluble in many organic solvents. It provides strong anti-blocking, anti-adhesion, anti-static, and dispersion properties. Although it is compatible with polyolefins at high temperatures, its compatibility decreases significantly as the temperature drops, so caution should be exercised during use.

Function: Provides excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, anti-blocking, and enhanced surface smoothness and gloss for inks, preventing ink surface wear due to film friction during high-speed printing, thereby improving print quality.

Scope of Application: Erucamide is the ideal slip and anti-blocking agent for films such as BOPP and LLDPE; a lubricant for photographic sensitized materials (coatings); an additive for cigarette filter membranes; an anti-blocking, anti-adhesion, and slip agent for surface printing (composite) inks, eliminating ink detachment on rollers during high-speed printing, offering excellent anti-blocking and superior lubrication; a lubricant and dispersant for toners and pigment pastes; a high-performance additive for functional masterbatches; a leveling and slip agent for coatings and paints; a modifier and melting point adjuster for waxes; a processing aid for engineering plastics; a textile softener; a lubricant additive, etc. It is widely used in inks, coatings, dyes, high-grade lubricants, rubber, plastics, and other fields.
