Nasal Oxygen Tube Comprehensive Performance Tester NOC-02 is a device used to test multiple performance indicators of nasal oxygen tubes, including airflow resistance, anti-collapse capability, patency, etc. It is also known as a nasal oxygen tube airflow resistance and anti-collapse detector or nasal oxygen tube testing equipment, complying with the testing requirements of YY/T 1543-2017 "Nasal Oxygen Tube." This device is suitable for all nasal oxygen tubes, whether standalone or those connected to humidifier bottles or masks. It can test indicators such as airflow resistance, anti-collapse capability, leakage, pressure resistance strength, and patency of nasal oxygen tubes.

Testing Principles

Airflow Resistance: After adjusting the test pressure and rated flow rate, record the change in pressure values before and after connecting the nasal oxygen tube (△P = P2 - P1), which represents the airflow resistance.

Anti-Collapse Capability: Based on the airflow resistance test, bend the end of the nasal oxygen tube into a U-shape, and after stabilization, record the change in flow rate (△Q = Q1 - Q2).

Patency: Ensures that an oxygen flow rate of no less than 15 L/min passes through under normal oxygen pressure.
