Electric Fusion Band

The Zhida brand electrofusion sleeves produced by the company have revolutionized the traditional process. Special nickel-chromium alloy mesh strips are thermally fused and integrated onto dedicated PE sheets using specialized thermal fusion integration equipment, achieving a one-time molding process. Since the PE sheets are made from high-quality raw materials and blended with a certain proportion of EVA hot-melt adhesive through co-extrusion equipment, they are produced via composite die mixing and fusion, followed by corona treatment. During the welding and melting process, a small amount of gelatinous substance may overflow around the edges. Combined with the fine texture and uniform arrangement of the nickel-chromium alloy mesh, which generates high heat per unit time, it achieves excellent fusion with PE pipelines, ensuring remarkable sealing effects and superior welding results.
Application: Primarily used for connecting joints of anti-corrosion insulated pipelines and thermal pipelines.
