Beryllium copper, as a cast and forged material, combines high strength, high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, non-magnetic properties, non-flammability, and machinability, and is widely used in various fields.

Through precipitation hardening, its strength can reach the highest tensile strength among copper alloys (exceeding 1350 N/mm²), even comparable to that of steel. The electrical conductivity of beryllium copper alloys ranges from approximately 20% to 55% IACS, making them widely used in applications requiring high conductivity.

The thermal conductivity of beryllium copper alloys ranges from approximately 120 to 250 W/(m·K), making them widely used in applications requiring efficient heat dissipation. Beryllium copper alloys possess steel-like strength while retaining the corrosion resistance of copper alloys. Additionally, they do not suffer from crevice corrosion like stainless steel, making them widely used in applications requiring long-term corrosion resistance.
