Chlorine-resistant Fixative QT-1020

Qiantai Chemical's Chlorine-Resistant FixativeQT-1020 is suitable for improving the chlorine bleach fastness of reactive dyeings on cellulose fibers, as well as acid dyeings and printings on nylon, rabbit hair, etc. It effectively prevents damage to dyes on fabrics by active chlorine, significantly enhances the chlorine color fastness of nylon, cotton, and polyester/cotton dyed and printed fabrics, with minimal impact on fabric color and hand feel. It does not contain restricted substances such as APEO or formaldehyde, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.

【Product Features】

【Usage Methods】

Recommended to use the padding method for treatment

1. Padding Method

Dosage of Chlorine-Resistant Fixative: Light colors 15-20g/L, dark colors 30-50g/L

Process: One dip and one nip, pick-up rate 70~80%, setting and curing: 150℃ x 60~100s

2. Exhaustion Method

Light colors (on weight of fabric) 0.5-2% o.w.f, medium to dark colors (on weight of fabric) 3-5% o.w.f, treat at 40-50℃ for 20min, then dehydrate and dry

【Precautions】

1. Pay attention to personal protection; smoking, drinking, or eating during use is prohibited to prevent accidental ingestion;

2. After opening the packaging of the Chlorine-Resistant Fixative, use it as soon as possible; seal and store any unused portion carefully;

3. It is not recommended to store after dilution for extended periods.

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain; shelf life is 6 months;

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
