Penetration Refining Degreaser

Qiantai Chemical's Penetrating Scouring and Degreasing Agent QT-1027 is a non-ionic multifunctional scouring agent composed of a scientific blend of various special organic surfactants. It exhibits excellent degreasing, penetrating, and scouring properties, with notably fast wetting and penetration capabilities. Primarily used for the penetrating scouring treatment of cotton, hemp fibers, and their fabrics, it possesses strong emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating, and impurity-removing abilities. It also integrates scouring, degreasing, and penetration functions, reducing auxiliary usage, simplifying processes, and cutting costs. Free from APEO and formaldehyde, it is safe and environmentally friendly.

[Product Features]

1. Strong penetration, wetting, emulsification, and oil stain cleaning capabilities.

2. Excellent wetting and penetration performance in acidic, alkaline, and general environments.

3. Resistant to acid, alkali, salt, oxidants, hard water, and metal salts; compatible with various surfactants, synthetic resins, and bio-enzymes.

4. Does not remain on wool after cleaning, prevents yellowing, and keeps fibers soft. Adding it to wool carbonization baths shortens carbonization time, reduces acid usage, and improves carbonization efficiency.

[Usage Methods]

Recommended Process:

1. Degreasing

Scouring Agent: 2.0-3.0g/L

Caustic Soda: 3-5g/L

Bath Ratio: 1:10-1:20, 95℃×30-40min

2. Scouring of Cotton Gray Fabric (Yarn)

Scouring Agent: 1-2g/L

H2O2: 0～3g/L (adjust based on fabric whiteness requirements)

Bath Ratio: 1:10～15, 95～100℃, 50～60min

Process: Circulate scouring enzyme in bath → Heat to 50～60℃ → Add H2O2 → Circulate and heat to 100℃, maintain for 50～60min → Drain → Hot water wash (60℃ once) → Drain → Oxygen scavenger treatment for 10～15min → Dyeing

[Precautions]

1. Conduct small-scale tests to determine appropriate dosage.

2. Perform compatibility tests if used in the same bath with other finishing agents.

1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area; protect from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
