Qiantai Chemical's Environmentally Friendly Phenol-Free Acid Fixing Agent(No Acid Adjustment Required) QT-600-2 is an auxiliary agent used for the fixing treatment of fibers such as wool, nylon (polyamide), silk, and leather dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes). After treatment, the washing fastness, perspiration fastness, etc., of the dyed materials are greatly improved.

[Product Features]

[Usage Method]

When using this product in the immersion process, it is recommended to alkali wash after fixing, neutralize, and then remove from the vat to prevent fixing spots.

Process and Dosage

Dosage: 1~4% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10~15

Temperature&Time: 85℃×20~30min (temperature and time can be adjusted by the customer based on lab test results)

[Precautions]

1. Small sample tests should be conducted first to determine the appropriate dosage;

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, conduct a compatibility test in advance.

1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain; shelf life is 6 months;
