Qiantai Chemical Cotton Whitening Agent (Natural White) QT-929 is a specialized chemical additive designed for cotton fibers and their products (such as cotton cloth and cotton textiles), belonging to the category of fluorescent whitening agents. Its core function is to neutralize the slight yellowish tint in cotton fibers through optical principles, significantly enhancing the visual whiteness and brightness of the fabric.

[Applications]

Cotton Whitening Agent (Natural White) can be used for whitening cotton, linen, and cellulose fiber fabrics, as well as brightening light-colored fiber fabrics.

[Usage Method]

Recommended process: When whitening, directly add the cotton whitening agent into the dyeing vat and dissolve it with water for use. Ensure the fabric is clean before use to avoid residue affecting the results.

Dosage: 0.08-0.3% o.w.f

Process flow: Dissolve whitening agent → Bath ratio: 1:20～40 → Dyeing temperature: 95～100℃ → Drain → Rinse → Dry and set at 130℃.

1. Conduct small-scale tests first to determine the appropriate dosage;

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests in advance.
