Qiantai Chemical Environmental Protection Turquoise Fixing Agent QT-818 is used for the post-treatment of cotton, viscose fiber, and polyester-cotton blended fabrics dyed with reactive dyes, direct dyes, vat dyes, and sulfur dyes, especially suitable for blue and green series. It is free of formaldehyde and heavy metal ions, significantly improving the wash fastness and wet processing fastness of direct dyes and reactive dyes, with particularly outstanding fixing effects on blue and green series dyed fabrics.

[Product Features]

1. Suitable for the fixing treatment of vat dyes, sulfur dyes, and indigo dyes.

2. Significantly improves water soaking fastness, soaping fastness, perspiration fastness, etc., of treated fabrics.

[Usage Method]

Before fixing treatment, thoroughly rinse the dyed fabric (soap wash if necessary) to remove residual dyes, salt, and alkali to ensure subsequent fixing effects.

Recommended process:

1. Dip method:

Dosage: 1~3% o.w.f

Temperature&Time: 60℃×15~20min

Process flow: Dyed fabric→ Immerse in fixing agent working solution at 60℃, run for 15~30min → Rinse → Dry

2. Pad method:

Dosage: 20~50g/L

Process flow: Dyed fabric→ Room temperature, fixing agent working solution → One dip and one pad → Dry

1. Conduct small-scale tests first to determine the appropriate dosage;

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests in advance.
