Cool Feel Smooth Silicone Oil is mainly used for hydrophilic soft hand finishing of fabrics, providing a cool sensation. It imparts excellent hydrophilicity, softness, elasticity, and drape to the fabric. It has high surface film-forming efficiency and excellent binding power, making the fabric bulkier and softer. It offers relatively good hand feel and hydrophilicity, with strong permeability, and can simultaneously meet the hand feel requirements of cotton, rayon, polyester-cotton blends, and other fabrics.

[Applications]

Cool Feel Smooth Silicone Oil is used in dyeing and finishing mills for hand adjustment of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic, and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics.

[Usage Method]

Can be directly added to the dyeing vat for soft finishing.

Recommended process: Padding method. Recommended dosage: 50~80g/L.

(One dip and one nip, pick-up rate 70%~80%) → Drying → Setting.

[Precautions]

1. Preliminary small-scale testing should be conducted to determine the appropriate dosage.

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, compatibility testing should be done in advance.

[Storage & Packaging]

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, lined with plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
