Bisphenol S-Free Acid Fixing Agent (Acid Adjustment-Free)

Qiantai Chemical's Bisphenol S-Free Acid Fixative (No pH Adjustment Required) QT-600-1 is used for the fixation treatment of acid dyes and metal complex dyes on nylon fabrics, achieving excellent wet fastness that general fixatives cannot match.

Composition: Sulfonate polycondensate

Appearance: Dark reddish-brown transparent viscous liquid

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

[Product Features]

1. Suitable for microfine nylon and elastic fabrics blended with spandex;

2. Does not affect the color shade and light fastness of dyes, nor the fabric hand feel;

3. Improves competitive dyeing in wool/nylon blended fabrics;

4. Enhances level dyeing of nylon/cellulose fiber blended fabrics;

5. No pH adjustment required;

6. Free of bisphenol S.

[Usage Method]

Thoroughly rinse the dyed fabric, as residual cationic or nonionic leveling agents may affect the fixative's performance.

Recommended process: Dip method

Medium shades: 1~2% (o.w.f)

Dark shades: 2~3% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:5~10

Temperature & time: 80℃×20min

[Precautions]

1. Conduct small-scale tests first to determine the appropriate dosage;

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests in advance.

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area; protect from sunlight and rain; shelf life: 6 months;

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
