Qiantai Chemical's Deoxygenase QT-CYM is a stable H₂O₂ enzyme produced through deep fermentation by non-pathogenic microorganisms. Since some dyes, such as reactive dyes, are highly sensitive to oxidants, it is crucial to thoroughly remove residual H₂O₂ from textiles and the water bath before dyeing.

[Product Features]
1. Qiantai Chemical Deoxygenase is a non-food-grade product intended solely for industrial applications.
2. Deoxygenase is used for the biological purification of oxygen bleaching, removing residual H₂O₂ from textiles and the processing environment after oxygen bleaching and before dyeing.

[Difference Between New Process and Traditional Process]
1. Water Rinsing: Bleaching → Hot Water Rinsing → Cold Water Rinsing (Neutralization) → Cold Water Rinsing → Dyeing
2. Reduction with Reducing Agent: Bleaching → Reduction → Water Rinsing → Dyeing
3. Using Deoxygenase: Bleaching → Cold Water Rinsing → Biological Purification → Dyeing

[Usage Method]
Biological purification process in batch processing equipment, such as yarn dyeing machines, jet dyeing machines, etc.
1. Drain the used bleaching liquor.
2. Rinse once with cold water, or directly add cold water to achieve the bath ratio suitable for dyeing.
3. Adjust pH to 6–8 and maintain temperature at room temperature (20°C–60°C); add 0.05g–0.1g/L of Deoxygenase QT-CYM (for continuous equipment or situations requiring shorter processing times, the dosage can be increased to 0.5g/L). Overdosing poses no risk.
4. After operating for 10–20 minutes, check whether H₂O₂ is completely decomposed (can be tested using Merck test strips).
5. Proceed with the dyeing process in the same bath.
Deoxygenase QT-CYM performs best at pH 6–8 and temperatures between 20°C–60°C. Its effectiveness decreases when H₂O₂ concentration exceeds 1000 ppm. It is compatible with most commonly used activators and H₂O₂ stabilizers.

[Precautions]
1. Conduct small-scale tests in advance to determine the appropriate dosage.
2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests beforehand.

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place at 25°C, protected from direct sunlight and rain.
2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, 25 kg per drum.
