Polyester Brightener (Natural White)

Polyester Whitening Agent (Natural White) is a fluorescent whitening agent specifically designed for polyester fibers and their blended fabrics. Its core function is to absorb ultraviolet light and emit blue-violet fluorescence, neutralizing the natural yellow tint of polyester to achieve a "whitening without color deviation" neutral whiteness effect.

Applications       

Polyester Whitening Agent (Natural White) is mainly suitable for whitening and brightening polyester fibers and their blended fabrics, especially for low-temperature (95-100℃) whitening of polyester knitted fabrics.

【Usage Methods】

1. Low-temperature adsorption exhaust method

Dosage: 0.3～0.7% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10～20

Dyeing temperature: 95～100℃

Dyeing time: 30～40 minutes

pH value: 4.5～5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Process flow: Add additives, acetic acid (adjust pH: 4.5～5.5), and whitening agent to the dye bath according to the formula, heat up to 95～100℃ at a rate of 2～3℃ per minute, maintain constant temperature for 30～40 minutes → cool down → rinse → dehydrate and dry (80～100℃),  the whiteness can meet user requirements. If the user has setting equipment, after rinsing and dehydration, pre-dry (80～100℃), bake (170～175℃,30～40 seconds), the whiteness effect will be better.

2. Pad dyeing method

Dosage: 1.5～4g/L

Process flow: Two dips and two nips (pick-up rate 70%) → pre-drying (100℃) → baking and setting (175～180℃,30 seconds).

3. High-temperature high-pressure exhaust method

Dosage: 0.2～0.5%（o.w.f）

Bath ratio: 1:10～20

Dyeing temperature: 120～130℃

Dyeing time: 30～60 minutes

pH value: 4.5～5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Specific process should be based on your company's existing process.

【Precautions】

If sedimentation or stratification of the suspension is observed, just shake well before use, it does not affect the usage effect. Pay attention to use within the yellowing point of this product, i.e., pad dyeing≤5 grams/liter, exhaust dyeing≤0.8%（o.w.f）. If the dosage exceeds the yellowing point, it is prone to yellowing.
