Restoration Cleaner QT-1013

Qiantai Chemical's Reduction Scouring AgentQT-1013 is a textile auxiliary used to remove unfixed dyes and floating colors from fabrics after dyeing. It achieves cleaning by breaking down the dye structure through reduction reactions. This product has strong reducing power, resulting in brighter fabrics after cleaning, effectively improving color fastness, saving dyeing time, and reducing wastewater treatment costs.

【Product Features】

1. Suitable for reduction cleaning after high-temperature dyeing of polyester fibers.

2. For medium and light-colored fabrics, no draining is required after dyeing; simply add directly. For dark colors, drain first, then refill with adjusted water solution at pH 4–5, add reduction scouring agent, and process at 95°C for 20 minutes to remove dispersed dyes残留 on fibers or dyeing machines.

3. Saves dyeing time, energy, water, and chemical auxiliaries, while reducing wastewater treatment costs.

4. Does not affect moisture-wicking finishing or cause discoloration during acid reduction cleaning.

5. Better than sodium hydrosulfite in preventing spandex staining.

6. Foam-free and easy to operate.

7. Using our reduction scouring agent (1.0%) significantly improves color fastness.

【Usage Method】

Recommended process:

Applicable to: Polyester fibers, T/C blends

● After dyeing, do not drain; cool down to 95°C

● Add 0.5g/L acetic acid to adjust pH to 4.5–5

● Add reduction scouring agent 1.0–3.0g/L

● Process at 95°C for 20 minutes

● Drain and rinse with warm water

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place; protect from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.
