Qiantai Chemical Textile C6 Water Repellent QT-C650 is suitable for eco-friendly triple-proof finishing of cellulose fibers and their blends, providing excellent wash and dry cleaning resistance, with good waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-resistant properties. This product is free of PFOA, PFOS, and APEO, making it an environmentally friendly textile finishing auxiliary.

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

[Product Features]

1. Excellent waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-resistant properties.

2. Compatible with many N-methylol compounds.

3. Provides fabrics with excellent wash and dry cleaning resistance.

4. Does not require high curing temperatures.

[Usage Method]

The fabric to be treated must be fully pre-processed to ensure no residual surfactants remain.

Durable waterproof and stain-resistant finishing is as follows:

1. Cotton or its blends:

C650 dosage: 20~40g/L

Pick-up rate: 60%~80%

Drying: Normal temperature

Curing: 140℃×2min or 160℃×1min

2. Synthetic fibers and their blends:

C650 dosage: 30~50g/L

Pick-up rate: 60%~80%

Drying: Normal temperature

Curing: 140℃×2min or 160℃×1min

Penetrating agents must be added before other solution components.

We do not recommend using silicone-based water repellents and softeners in the same bath, as this may reduce stain resistance, especially oil resistance.

Specific processes should be based on your company's existing procedures.

[Precautions]

1. Small-scale testing should be conducted first to determine the appropriate dosage.

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, compatibility tests should be performed in advance.

[Storage & Packaging]

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
