Features and Applications

The electric pump consists of a motor and pump integrated into one unit. The inner surface of the stator and the outer surface of the rotor are covered with a thin-walled non-magnetic corrosion-resistant metal cylinder,

completely isolating the stator windings and rotor core from the conveyed medium, preventing erosion by the conveyed liquid. Additionally, the impeller is directly mounted on the rotor's shaft extension, and the entire rotor is submerged in the conveyed liquid with no rotating parts exposed to the outside, making it an absolutely leak-free structure. Thus, it offers the following advantages:

① Completely leak-free, making it suitable for conveying liquids harmful to humans, explosive and flammable liquids, valuable liquids, and corrosive liquids.

② Completely isolated from external air, making it suitable for conveying liquids that deteriorate upon contact with external gases.

③ No shaft seal, making it suitable for high-pressure systems, high-melting-point liquids, high-temperature liquids, and low-temperature liquids.

④ No lubrication required, so it does not contaminate the conveyed liquid and avoids the hassle of oil injection and drainage.

⑤ Motor and pump are coaxial and integrated, resulting in compact size, light weight, small footprint, and easy disassembly and inspection.
