Product Overview:

Magnetic pumps utilize magnetic couplers to transmit power, ensuring complete sealing with no leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnet of the magnetic coupler to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnet to synchronize the pump rotor with the motor rotation, transmitting torque without mechanical contact. Since the liquid is enclosed within the isolation sleeve, material leakage is completely eliminated, reducing pollution, saving energy, purifying the environment, and protecting the physical and mental health of production line personnel.


Main Features

As environmental protection receives increasing global attention and corresponding environmental regulations are enacted and implemented, combined with the medium conditions of many domestic users and the domestic production process of fluoroplastic-lined magnetic pumps, our company has organized R&D personnel to develop a new generation of fluoroplastic-lined magnetic pumps with the following features:

1. The pump body lining, impeller inner rotor, and isolation sleeve are all made of pure F46 material through one-time molding, with no impurities precipitated, making them highly suitable for conveying high-purity, highly corrosive chemical liquids;

2. The pump casing is made of ductile iron, and the pump body is designed according to national standard flanges, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and the ability to withstand heavy pipeline loads;

3. The flow-passing components are lined with F46 material, featuring smooth and unobstructed flow channels, superior hydraulic performance, low hydraulic friction loss, and high efficiency;

4. The pump shaft, bearing sleeve, and dynamic/static rings are made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, offering high hardness, high wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance;

5. The unique spiral groove design in the bearing sleeve’s inner hole facilitates easier lubrication of the sliding bearing pair and more efficient dissipation of heat generated by friction during pump operation;

6. An additional reinforcement cover made of imported material is added outside the isolation sleeve, enabling the pump unit to withstand higher system pressures and eliminating heat generated by magnetic eddy currents in metal sleeves;

7. The inner and outer magnets are made of neodymium iron boron and samarium cobalt materials, with a magnetic field strength of up to 3600 Gauss on the magnet surface, ensuring smooth transmission of the prime mover’s torque to the impeller without slipping even under high-flow conditions. This also prevents contact between the inner rotor and the rear thrust ring, avoiding friction-induced heat that could melt fluoroplastic components and ensuring the magnetic pump operates reliably in highly corrosive environments;

8. The entire pump unit adopts a rear-pull structure, allowing one person to perform internal maintenance and part replacement without the need to disassemble pipelines.


Scope of Use and Applications

Fluoroplastic-lined magnetic pumps can convey any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, strong alkalis, aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, strong oxidizers, reducing agents, and other highly corrosive media without damage, as long as the fluid contains no suspended particles and the temperature is below 140°C. They are the preferred product for chemical, petroleum, oil refining, nuclear power, chemical products, electroplating, electrolysis, chemical fibers, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, nuclear power, highly toxic, flammable, explosive, and other precious liquid processing industries.
