Nylon conveyor belts are the main components of belt conveyors, serving to carry materials. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, ports, and mining.
Compared to other transportation methods, using conveyor belts as carriers offers advantages such as operational safety, ease of use, simple maintenance, low freight costs, and the ability to achieve continuous operation and shorten transportation distances. Within a certain range, they have become a substitute for road and rail transport.
This type of conveyor belt is suitable for conveying non-special corrosive materials at normal temperatures, including bulk, granular, and powdered materials.
The reinforcement layer is made of high-quality heavy-duty cotton canvas or polyester-cotton blended canvas.
Full-thickness tensile performance:
a. The longitudinal tensile strength of the belt shall not be lower than the following nominal values: 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 600, 630, 800 N/mm.
b. The full-thickness longitudinal elongation at break of the belt shall not be less than 10%. The full-thickness longitudinal reference force elongation shall not exceed 4%.
c. Straightness: not more than 25 mm.
d. Interlayer adhesion strength:
