Usage Description

Bin-sx MPS308A acidic reverse osmosis membrane scale inhibitor is a high-efficiency liquid scale inhibitor/dispersant used to control scaling caused by calcium carbonate, sulfate, and iron oxide precipitation in membrane separation systems. Using this scale inhibitor can extend the system cleaning cycle, prolong membrane life, and reduce costs. Bin-sx MPS308A has been widely used in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration systems. It is compatible with reverse osmosis membranes and TFC membrane elements from Dow Chemical (Dow Filmtec), Hydranautics, and domestic manufacturers.

Usage Requirements

Dosage

Dilution

MPS308A should be continuously injected. It is recommended to inject the concentrate directly at the highest frequency of the dosing pump. It can also be diluted with RO product water or demineralized water, with a dilution factor not exceeding 10.
