Polyvinylidene fluoride resin DY-7

DY-7 is a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer with a relatively high melt mass-flow rate and low viscosity, belonging to the category of thermoplastic fluororesins. This resin is resistant to most chemical media and exhibits excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV resistance, and radiation resistance. Compared to similar grades of vinylidene fluoride homopolymers, DY-7 resin offers superior thermal stability at high temperatures.
DY-7 resin can be processed using methods such as injection molding and extrusion to produce various specifications of pipe fittings, pumps, valves, packing materials, and other components. The processing temperature typically ranges between 180°C and 300°C, depending on the processing method. Vinylidene fluoride homopolymer begins to decompose slightly above 300°C, releasing hydrogen fluoride gas.

Precautions
1. DY-7 should be packaged in polyethylene plastic bags, which are then sealed in outer packaging bags. Each bag has a net weight of 25 kg. Custom packaging is available upon customer request.
2. DY-7 should be stored in a clean, dry warehouse.
3. Avoid severe vibration and moisture during transportation.
4. This product should not be processed or used above 370°C to prevent decomposition and the release of toxic gases.
