Polyvinylidene fluoride resin DY-6

   DY-6 is a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer with low melt mass-flow rate and high melt viscosity, belonging to the category of thermoplastic fluororesins. This resin is resistant to most chemical media and exhibits excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV resistance, and radiation resistance. Compared to similar grades of vinylidene fluoride homopolymers, DY-6 resin offers superior high-temperature thermal stability.
   DY-6 resin can be processed using molding methods to manufacture various specifications of pumps, valves, pipe fittings, equipment linings, and other components. The processing temperature typically ranges between 180°C and 300°C, depending on the processing method. Vinylidene fluoride homopolymer begins to decompose slightly above 300°C, releasing hydrogen fluoride gas.

Precautions
1. DY-6 should be packaged in polyethylene plastic bags, then sealed in outer packaging bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. Custom packaging is available based on customer requirements.
2. DY-6 should be stored in a clean, dry warehouse.
3. Avoid severe vibration and moisture during transportation.
4. This product should not be processed or used above 370°C to prevent decomposition and the release of toxic gases.
