Polyvinylidene fluoride resin DY-1 is a powdered polyvinylidene fluoride product that can be blended with acrylic resins, additives, etc., to form high-performance baking-type PVDF fluorocarbon coatings. Compared to other grades of PVDF, PVDF DY-1 is more suitable for preparing topcoats and light-colored coatings in baking-type PVDF fluorocarbon coatings.
Fluorocarbon coatings prepared using PVDF DY-1 as the raw material, through appropriate blending and spraying processes, exhibit excellent mechanical strength and toughness. They offer outstanding outdoor durability and weather resistance against radiation and harsh climatic conditions, and can be used over a wide temperature range for extended periods while largely maintaining their properties.

Precautions
1. DY-1 should be packaged in double-layer polyethylene plastic bags, placed in rigid paper drums, with a net content of 20kg per drum. Packaging can also be customized according to user requirements.
2. During transportation, DY-1 should be protected from moisture, rolling, and severe vibration.
3. DY-1 should be stored in a clean, ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse.
4. This product should not be processed or used at temperatures above 315℃ to prevent decomposition and the release of toxic gases.
