       Baoding Shenghui Polymer Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is a privately-owned joint-stock enterprise and one of the early manufacturers in Hebei Province specializing in polymer organic adhesives. It has now developed into a professional technology enterprise integrating research, production, sales, design, consultation, and technical services. In 2019, it was recognized as a provincial high-tech enterprise by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

       Shenghui's main products include polymer organic adhesives and composite adhesive series, primarily used in various industrial fields such as coal, steel metallurgy, furnace charge, fertilizers, and feed. The company currently offers five major product categories: coal and carbon powder adhesives, metal powder molding adhesives, non-metallic mineral powder molding adhesives, organic fertilizer granulation adhesives, and pellet feed adhesives.

       Over the years, Shenghui has served renowned domestic steel mills, including Shougang Group (Qian'an Steel, Ferroalloy), HBIS Group (Handan Steel, Shijiazhuang Steel, Chengde Vanadium Nitrogen, Tangshan Stainless Steel), Hebei Zhongtie, Aosen Steel, Baosteel (Zhanjiang, Shaoguan Steel), Baotou Steel Lier, Tsingshan Steel, Dongfang Special Steel, Zhangjiagang POSCO, Shandong Laigang, Nanjing Steel, Pangang Metallurgical Auxiliary, Kunming Steel, among others. It also collaborates with major domestic metallurgical furnace charge enterprises, aluminum industry leaders such as Chinalco and Xinfa Group, Weiqiao Electrolytic Aluminum, as well as construction and engineering groups like China State Construction, MCC North, and MCC Saidi. Notable fertilizer clients include Shikefeng and Apollo, while renowned formed coal enterprises include Shaanxi Coal Chemical, Beijing Thermal Energy, and Jizhong Energy. Shenghui's various adhesives are also exported year-round to countries and regions such as South Korea, Indonesia, Mongolia, North Korea, and Taiwan, earning widespread acclaim from international customers.

      In 2016, Shenghui's total sales of adhesive products exceeded 70 million yuan, with export earnings surpassing one million US dollars.
