Refrigeration System Description: This system handles cooling processes for wort, fermenting liquid, and finished beer, as well as heat removal during fermentation. It consists of two parts: wort cooling via a two-stage plate heat exchanger and equipment chilled water pump. During cooling, tap water pre-cools the wort, followed by refrigerant exchange.
