Innovation Work Mechanism

The Ice Observation Elf is installed at a suitable position on the transmission line, conducts real-time image monitoring of the site, denoises the image through neighborhood mean filtering, performs image segmentation with adaptive thresholds, detects the edge contour of the transmission line based on the LoG operator, calculates the ice thickness through processes such as differential extraction of boundary contour coordinates with and without ice, and after digitally compressing the data, transmits it to the monitoring center via the GPRS/GSM communication network.
