VT6000 Confocal Microscope

Zhongtu Instrument's VT6000 Confocal Microscope combines a precision Z-axis scanning module, 3D modeling algorithms, and other technologies to perform non-contact scanning of device surfaces and construct 3D surface images. The system software processes and analyzes the 3D surface data, obtaining 2D and 3D parameters that reflect surface quality, thereby achieving 3D measurement of surface morphology.

The VT6000 Confocal Microscope operates on the principle of confocal technology. In the field of material production, it measures and analyzes surface morphology characteristics such as contour profiles, surface defects, wear, corrosion, flatness, roughness, waviness, pore gaps, step heights, bending deformation, and machining conditions of various products, components, and materials.

Product Features

1) The equipment provides profile dimension measurement functions to characterize micro morphology;

2) The integrated measurement and analysis software allows operation without switching interfaces. Pre-set configuration parameters before measurement, and the software automatically collects measurement data and offers data report export functions, enabling rapid batch measurement.

3) It offers data processing functions across four modules: position adjustment, correction, filtering, and extraction. Position adjustment includes functions like image leveling and mirroring; correction includes spatial filtering, retouching, spike denoising, etc.; filtering includes form removal, standard filtering, spectral filtering, etc.; extraction includes region extraction and profile extraction.

4) It provides five major analysis functions: roughness analysis, geometric profile analysis, structural analysis, frequency analysis, and functional analysis. Roughness analysis includes full-parameter analysis based on ISO4287 line roughness, ISO25178 areal roughness, ISO12781 flatness, etc.; geometric profile analysis includes step height, distance, angle, curvature measurements, and straightness and roundness form tolerance evaluations; structural analysis includes pore volume and valley depth; frequency analysis includes texture direction and spectral analysis; functional analysis includes SK parameters and volume parameters.

5) It offers auxiliary analysis functions such as one-click analysis and multi-file analysis. By setting analysis templates and combining them with the automatic and batch measurement functions, it enables batch measurement of small precision components and directly retrieves analysis data.

3. Precision Control Handle

Zhongtu Instrument's VT6000 Confocal Microscope features a control handle integrated with X, Y, and Z-axis displacement adjustments, enabling quick completion of stage translation and Z-axis focusing before measurement.

4. Dual Collision Protection Measures

In addition to the software ZSTOP setting for Z-axis displacement lower limit to prevent collisions, a mechanical-electronic sensor is designed on the Z-axis. When the lens contacts the sample surface, the instrument automatically enters an emergency stop state, maximizing instrument protection and reducing operational risks.
