I. Product Overview

The upgraded BBXb-Di explosion-proof temperature and humidity recorder features a universal flame-retardant shell, upgraded internal components, reduced power consumption, and enhanced functionality. It has a large screen display, high precision, large storage capacity, and uses imported sensors. Powered by a 3V button cell or two AA alkaline batteries, it can operate for over 180 days. It is lightweight, portable, easy to use, and simple to install. It records temperature and humidity data in real time and can store 50,000 to 400,000 data points. The device allows users to view each recorded data by day or date via buttons, or connect directly to a PC via USB cable to view or export data to an Excel file. It also supports on-device viewing of alarm records.

This instrument is designed and manufactured in compliance with GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010 standards, with an explosion-proof rating of ExdibⅡCT6 Gb. It is suitable for Class ⅡC, T6 group hazardous mixed gas environments.

Scope of Application

Operating Environment

● Atmospheric pressure: 86～106 kPa;

● Environments with mildly corrosive gases, but the sensor probe needs to be replaced (depending on the concentration of corrosive gases on-site, generally replaced every six months).

● Environments with high dust levels; the sensor probe should be cleaned every three months (move the device to a safe environment and blow air at the probe with a blower for 3 to 5 minutes). It is recommended to replace the probe to avoid affecting accuracy.
